1. SIGN UP FOR SERVICES
Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give our friendly staff a call, message us on Facebook, or use our online chat tool.
2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services a PooPuff representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
3. Setup Customer Portal
Setting up your Sweep & Go portal is quick and easy! Simply log in with your credentials, add your preferred payment method, and customize your service preferences. Once set up, you can access your schedule, view invoices, make payments, and manage your account all in one place.
4. Attach Payment Method
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services begin. Set up auto-pay with a bank account or card to receive invoices and receipts via email, also viewable in the customer portal. Unpaid accounts will be removed from the schedule.
5. Enjoy a Poop Free Yard!
Congratulations! You are officially a member of the Swoop Scoop family, and can start enjoying your tail wagging friends, without the stink, or the hassle of dog waste removal.
